Claude can generate an attractive form. Administrative expertise determines which application needs to be built.
A form collects data. A management application must know who starts the work, who approves it, which statuses exist, which documents are generated, which deadlines apply, which exceptions may arise and which systems it must communicate with. That requires functional analysis, sector expertise, architecture and close collaboration with the organisation.
Then: customise on top
When configuration was not enough, layers and exceptions were added to a core designed for somebody else. The process was forced to fit, producing an expensive, fragile or incomplete result.
Now: build to measure
