Data we process
When you use the contact form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of your enquiry. If you request updates, we process your email address, chosen language, consent date and the technical records strictly required to protect the form. The private area and applications have their own access controls and records required to provide the service.
How we use data
We use data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, provide contracted services, deliver support and protect system security. We only send DUOVIA updates to addresses that have expressly confirmed their subscription. Contact-form data is not added to that list.
Legal basis and retention
We process data to respond to your request, perform a contractual relationship, comply with legal obligations or, for updates, with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the emails. Unconfirmed subscription requests are deleted after 30 days.
Recipients
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to providers that help us deliver the service—such as hosting or email—under appropriate safeguards, or public authorities where a legal obligation applies.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by emailing hola@duovia.cat. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to reduce unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is infallible, so we review these measures periodically.
