Founder

Raül Cosano, founder of DUOVIA

Educated in Computer Engineering and Business Administration and Management, with specialisation in management, information systems and cybersecurity. He has over fifteen years of technology experience and an extensive track record in public-sector organisations.

This combination supports a conversation that brings together process, organisation, data, security and development, without artificially separating the need from the system that must address it.

Applied legal knowledge. The team works with Spanish Laws 39/2015 and 40/2015, LCSP, internal control, RAFME, ENS and ENI, and has advanced preparation in audit, procurement, grants and budget management.
