How Discovery AI works
The project uses lightweight agents temporarily deployed on selected computers. They collect the agreed operational information to reconstruct tasks and their variations; AI turns this into a clear representation of the processes.
The agreed observation covers applications used, task sequences, phase duration, recurring operations, tool switching, manual steps and variations within the same process.
Privacy by design: before starting, we agree the scope of observation, selected computers, exclusions, access and how information will be processed and retained.
The approach does not involve indiscriminate collection of keystrokes, passwords, private conversations or continuous screenshots. Analysis focuses on processes and opportunities to improve them.
